Hi, I’m Tatyanna…

(She/Her)

I am an intern completing my Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services at St. Mary’s University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

I have previous experience working with children (birth to age 12), neurodivergent individuals, families in crisis, and adults navigating trauma. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, with an emphasis on compassion and respect. I believe that every person has innate resilience, and I work with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building confidence, self-awareness, and healing.

I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals and families who are seeking relief from emotional stress, desiring healthy relationships with others, processing traumatic experiences, or navigating difficult transitions in life. Whether you're looking for more calm, clarity, or connection, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey.

I believe healing happens in connection – with ourselves, with others, and in safe spaces where we feel free to grow.

I look forward to learning about you and your therapeutic goals. I hope to provide you with ongoing support in your healing journey, creating a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we will work to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns through gentle reflection, intentional reframing, and the practice of acceptance. My aim is to help you connect more deeply with your inner strengths, cultivate self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic. I believe therapy is where you can reconnect with yourself, find new perspectives, and build the tools you need to move forward with more clarity and confidence. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll be right there alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care as we explore what healing can look like for you.
