Hi, I’m Jacqueline…
(She/Her)
I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I completed my Master’s degree at Adler Graduate School. I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen connections, build emotional resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I specialize in working with adolescents, individuals, couples and families, helping teens explore identity, develop healthy coping skills, and improve communication. I also support couples and families in building stronger relationships, collaborating with educational providers when appropriate.
My approach is rooted in Adlerian psychology and draws from evidence-based practices including Attachment Theory, Trauma-responsive Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share their stories and move toward meaningful change. I am also trained in Narrative Exposure Therapy, an evidence based trauma processing modality for individuals with PTSD.
I have experience working with neurodivergent youth, including those with ADHD and sensory processing differences, as well as clients navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relational difficulties. Whether you're an individual seeking personal growth or a family looking to heal and reconnect, I’m here to help.
