Hi, I’m Erin…

(She/Her)

How we struggle rarely makes sense in isolation—it takes shape inside our relationships, our histories, and the stories we've told ourselves about who we are. I work with teens and adults, and I start from a simple belief: you're the expert on your own experience, your own desires, and what change needs to look like for you. My job is to help you clear the barriers between where you are and the next step toward living more like your authentic self. Expect a needed dose of humor along the way—we can explore the deep stuff without it being relentlessly heavy.

I like helping people play to strengths they didn't realize they had, while extending some grace toward the thoughts and behaviors they'd rather be rid of—because those usually served a real purpose once, even if they've outlived it. I believe people are doing the best they can with what they've got. Sometimes doing better just takes new information; sometimes it takes processing old hurts that are crowding out your relationship with yourself and the people you love.

I work from an integrated, eclectic approach with a systemic lens—looking at both problems and solutions in the context of the whole system around you. Close relationships are, to me, one of the most important parts of being human, and that includes the one we build together in the room. I use narrative, experiential, and person-centered techniques to help you find your voice, whether that means advocating for yourself, setting a boundary, or just saying what you feel out loud. Your story carries real meaning and weight, and I'd be honored to help you process it alongside you.
