Position Overview

We are currently seeking talented, creative, and passionate clinicians to join our team. Fully licensed and pre-licensed clinicians welcome to apply. We love working with pre-licensed clinicians and provide clinical supervision to those who need it. The position involves conducting diagnostic intakes, providing outpatient therapy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating care across providers, and completing documentation.

Compensation

At Cardinal, we believe therapists deserve to be valued for everything they do — not just the hours spent in the therapy room. That’s why we pay for both clinical time and administrative time. Charting, emails, collaboration, training — it’s all part of the work. And if you’re doing the work, you should be compensated for it.

We also believe that expertise should be rewarded. Your years of experience, the trainings you’ve invested in, and the certifications you’ve worked hard to earn all matter — and they’re reflected in how we structure pay. As you grow as a clinician, your compensation grows right along with you.

We keep things simple and supportive: enjoy the freedom to focus on therapy while our dedicated admin team handles marketing, scheduling, benefits checks, billing, and payments. You get to do the work you love — and still get paid for the behind-the-scenes parts that make it possible. Clinicians are paid hourly for clinical time and admin work. On average our clinicians take home the following:

  • Full-time clinicians: $65,000 – $95,000 per year (for 24–30 direct service hours per week)

  • Part-time clinicians : $35,000 – $65,000 per year (for 15–23 direct service hours per week)

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP or pre-licensed clinician working towards full licensure

  • Will be credentialed to accept insurance, but we offer free credentialing services to any employees who need it

  • Will work with a wide range of diverse clients, including couples, adults, and minors

  • Will have specialized training or skills such as Brainspotting, EMDR, EFT, IFS, or other advanced certificates

  • Will have supervision experience and a desire to supervise clinicians.
