Hi, I’m Sarah…

(She/Her)

In addition to being a Mental Health Practitioner, I am also licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. For the past 8 years I have worked with individuals from birth to adults, and also have experience working with families and clients with issues ranging from neuro-divergence, attachment issues, sensory processing disorders and clients with dual-diagnoses. I offer an integrative approach, including humanistic and person-centered, psychodynamic and strength-based interventions. I enjoy integrating my skills in OT with psychotherapy to create a more holistic approach to mental health.

I have training within trauma-informed care, mind and body connection, reflex integration that impacts our self-regulation and emotions, along with understanding our interoception system. I have worked with a variety of communication styles and I am in tune with non verbal language and emotions.

I particularly enjoy working with clients who are working on increasing their self-esteem, improving emotional processing, and individuals wanting to enhance overall wellness. By learning new ways of understanding themselves, and by seeking new coping strategies for dealing with stress, clients can gain greater confidence being their authentic self, both in therapy sessions and out in the world. My goal is to support clients through their journey towards self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence.
