I take a holistic, eclectic approach, considering how different aspects of your life influence each other. Once we’ve built a relationship, we will explore how your past experiences, current relationships, and surrounding environment might be impacting your life and wellbeing.
As humans, we each bring our unique perspective. When you work with me, you can expect to explore the pieces of your life with curiosity, humor, and an open mind. My goal is to empower you to create a fulfilling and meaningful picture, in the life you truly desire.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors (yes, every season), going to concerts, and working out. I also like to try the seasonal or specialty drinks at coffee shops, and perusing record stores, bookstores, and antique stores.
